Returns and Refunds:
We only issue refunds for and accept returns of items that arrive broken in transit (on their way to you). We do not issue refunds for any other reason.
We ask that you immediately photograph and send us images of the broken item/s and packaging in which it/they arrived.
You have 5 (five) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, to be eligible for a refund. The cost of the return shipping will be for your account.
After inspecting the items/s, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via EFT. This may take up to 2 business days to reflect in your account, depending on who you bank with.
If you would prefer a store credit as your refund, this can be arranged.
Mud Life Pottery will not be held liable for disappearance/loss of parcels once they have left our premises with their tracking numbers, which will be supplied by us, the pottery, to you, the customer.
